Himmet Privacy Policy

Himmet (the "Application") is developed by Semih Zambak (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is stored, processed, and protected when you use the Application.

Information Storage

Himmet allows you to create and manage counters, habits, goals, and progress records.

Your information is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

If iCloud synchronization is enabled, your data is synchronized across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service and stored in your private iCloud database.

The Developer does not operate independent servers to store your Application data and cannot directly access the contents of your private iCloud database.

Data Collection and Tracking

Himmet does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The Developer does not independently collect your IP address, precise location, advertising identifiers, or Application usage statistics for analytics or marketing purposes.

Your personal information is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Himmet offers optional premium features through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit).

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Apple. The Application accesses purchase and subscription status as necessary to provide premium features.

The Developer does not receive or store your payment card information.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Third-Party Services

Himmet uses Apple's iCloud and StoreKit services for data synchronization and in-app purchases.

Information processed by these services is subject to Apple's privacy practices. For more information, please review Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your information remains stored on your device until you delete it or remove the Application.

You can delete individual counters directly within Himmet. If iCloud synchronization is enabled, these deletions are synchronized across your devices through Apple's CloudKit service.

Removing the Application from your device does not necessarily delete data previously synchronized with iCloud.

You can manage the Application's stored iCloud data through your Apple device's iCloud storage settings.

Because synchronized data is stored in your private iCloud database, the Developer cannot directly access or delete it on your behalf.

Security

Himmet relies on Apple's built-in device security and iCloud data protection mechanisms to help safeguard your information.

While reasonable measures are used to protect information, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Himmet does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

If you contact the Developer by email, your email address and any information you voluntarily provide may be used to respond to your inquiry.

This information is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the Application, its features, or applicable requirements.
